While individual and couples work offer depth and focus, group work brings something additional — the opportunity to see patterns as they arise in real time, in the presence of others.
This work is structured, facilitated and active.
It is not a discussion group, and not peer-led support.
It is a curated space to learn and practise relating differently - to yourself first, and then to others.

RLT Bootcamps follow a structured curriculum and offer a direct introduction to the key principles of Relational Life Therapy.
The "bootcamp" is experiential and facilitated, with a clear framework for understanding and working with relational patterns.
For some, this provides a defined entry into the work. For others, it sits alongside ongoing or
integrative work.
Following an intensive or Bootcamp, there is the option to continue in an ongoing group.
