Relationships change when there is enough time, focus and support to work directly with what is happening — in real time.
A couples intensive offers that space.
This is not weekly therapy.
It is a contained, focused period of work where we slow things down, look clearly at relational patterns, and begin to shift them in practice.
Couples come to this work for different reasons:
and also:
We work directly with what happens between you.
Not just what you say about your relationship — but how you relate in the moment:
The focus is not on blame, but on responsibility.
Each partner begins to understand their own patterns, and how those patterns interact.
From there, different choices become possible.
There are several ways this work can be undertaken, depending on circumstances and location:
In person (UK-based)
2–3 full days (typically 09:00–17:00)
Couples arrange their own accommodation locally.
Online intensive
Two consecutive full days
or
a short series of extended sessions (for example, 2 x 90-minute sessions back-to-back scheduled over four days.)
Bespoke / on location
In some cases, I travel to clients.
This is arranged individually and includes travel and accommodation.
Couples often leave with:
This is not about creating a perfect relationship.
It is about creating one that is workable, honest and alive.
Intensives are arranged individually.
While primarily designed for couples, this format may be adapted for individual or family work where appropriate.
Fees vary depending on format, duration and location.
If you are considering an intensive, you are welcome to get in touch to discuss what might be appropriate.
