Context Practice Difference
This work is relational at its core.
I work with individuals, couples, and groups from a range of cultural, social, and personal contexts.
I recognise that each person brings a unique history, identity, and lived experience into the room, and that these shape how we relate — to ourselves and to others.
As a cisgender white woman, I am aware that my perspective is informed by my own background and carries both experience and limitation. I hold this with ongoing attention, and remain committed to learning, reflection, and accountability in my work.
My intention is to offer a space that is attentive, respectful, and responsive — where difference is neither minimised nor assumed, but engaged with thoughtfully and directly.
I welcome open dialogue, including where experience, perspective, or understanding may differ. This is part of the work.
Relational work does not sit outside of culture or power. It is shaped by it. Recognising this is essential to creating a space where people can engage honestly, and where difference can be acknowledged without disconnection.
